The role pilots and scales solutions, manages an AI knowledge library, develops an AI champions network, measures adoption, handles escalations, and ensures compliance with data privacy, security, and access policies.

Conduct detailed audits of third-party payroll vendors, assess wage and hour regulatory compliance, identify risks and non-compliance patterns, document findings in Salesforce, and review results with vendors. The role requires independent judgment, strong organization, accurate recordkeeping, and recommendations to improve auditing processes while supporting broader compliance initiatives.
