Supports engineering project managers with project setup, financial administration, invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, scheduling, documentation, reporting, change orders, staff mobilization, logistics, and travel coordination. Maintains project records and financial reports, coordinates with accounting and billing teams, organizes client data, and assists with technical reports, proposals, and project deliverables across multiple consulting projects.

Manages multidisciplinary environmental, geotechnical, hydrogeological, and remediation projects from proposal through delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating technical teams, managing schedules and budgets, communicating with clients, overseeing reporting and data reviews, supporting health and safety, and conducting occasional site visits or fieldwork. The role requires environmental consulting or construction project management experience, relevant technical education, professional eligibility, and a valid driver’s license with vehicle access.

Leads complex acoustics and vibration projects from proposals through close-out, managing scope, budgets, schedules, resources, quality, and client relationships. Provides technical direction on architectural and building acoustics, supports business development and proposals, mentors staff, and contributes to practice growth through presentations and thought leadership. The role involves sound and vibration modeling, field measurements, noise and vibration control, and multidisciplinary project leadership across North American clients.
