Oversee financial control and performance across project portfolios in the US and Canada. Responsibilities include monitoring project financial health, managing invoicing, cash flow, write-offs, billing, reporting, compliance, and risk mitigation. The role supports project managers from initiation through closure, improves project administration processes, develops best-practice materials, prepares variance reports, and mentors project control staff.

Edit, format, and assemble large technical reports and documentation for environmental and engineering projects. Prepare templates, ensure regulatory and client compliance, collaborate with subject-matter experts, and manage multiple priorities to deliver polished, professional reports on schedule.

Lead and deliver complex architectural, environmental, and underwater acoustics and vibration projects across North America. Provide technical leadership, client-facing advisory, project management, proposal development, business development, staff mentoring, and practice growth activities. Conduct field measurements, modeling, and quality-controlled deliverables to meet client and regulatory requirements.

Lead sustainable finance advisory projects across the Americas, managing client engagements, performing E&S due diligence, developing E&S management systems, monitoring performance and reporting, supporting business development, and building relationships with financial institutions and project sponsors.

Execute hydrogeological modelling and field programs: build conceptual site models and 3D groundwater models, prepare technical reports and proposals, design and analyze aquifer tests and monitoring, mentor junior staff, liaise with clients/regulators, and ensure successful project delivery (scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC).

Conduct acoustic and vibration measurements, analyze data, develop modelling predictions, and review acoustic building designs. Prepare technical reports, assist with instrumentation and software, support model/tool development, and collaborate with consultants, project managers, clients, and regulators. Contribute to proposals, project financials, and business development while receiving mentorship.

Lead underwater acoustics modelling and assessments for coastal and offshore projects, develop sound propagation and exposure models, characterize sources, analyze monitoring data, design monitoring programs, produce technical reports, advise on mitigation and compliance, mentor junior staff, and support proposals and business development.
