Process 800–1,200 invoices monthly, verify and approve employee expenses, support PO system rollout, reconcile vendor statements, execute weekly payment runs, manage AP inbox, assist month-end close, and drive AP process improvements.

Prepare technical reports, assist with instrumentation and software, support model/tool development, and collaborate with consultants, project managers, clients, and regulators. Lead design, analysis, simulation, commissioning, and technical advisory for utility-scale solar and battery storage projects. Oversee deliverables, mentor staff, prepare proposals and documentation, perform energy production modeling and power system studies, ensure code and standards compliance, manage client and utility interfaces, support construction/commissioning site visits, and contribute to business development and continuous improvement.

Lead and deliver complex architectural, environmental, and underwater acoustics and vibration projects across North America. Provide technical leadership, client-facing advisory, project management, proposal development, business development, staff mentoring, and practice growth activities. Conduct field measurements, modeling, and quality-controlled deliverables to meet client and regulatory requirements.

Support project managers with financial control and scheduling for projects: invoicing, cost control, change management, forecasting, reporting, contract tracking, and reconciliations.

Lead underwater acoustics modelling and assessments for coastal and offshore projects, develop sound propagation and exposure models, characterize sources, analyze monitoring data, design monitoring programs, produce technical reports, advise on mitigation and compliance, mentor junior staff, and support proposals and business development.
