The role also supports business development and prepares NI 43-101 and international-equivalent reports while managing multidisciplinary teams and client relationships.

Manage full-cycle payroll for salaried and hourly employees across multiple provinces, process timesheets, maintain HRIS and payroll records, complete government filings, reconcile benefits and retirement contributions, remit WCB/WSIB premiums, respond to payroll inquiries, and support HR projects.

Oversee financial control and performance across project portfolios in the US and Canada.
