Execute hydrogeological modelling and field programs: build conceptual site models and 3D groundwater models, prepare technical reports and proposals, design and analyze aquifer tests and monitoring, mentor junior staff, liaise with clients/regulators, and ensure successful project delivery (scope, schedule, budget, QA/QC).

Lead SLR's North America proposal team to shape and win strategic opportunities. Manage multi‑disciplinary bid teams, define win themes and Go/No‑Go decisions, develop client‑focused proposal narratives, implement process and tooling improvements, and coach proposal staff to raise quality and efficiency across submissions.

Conduct acoustic and vibration measurements, analyze data, develop modelling predictions, and review acoustic building designs. Prepare technical reports, assist with instrumentation and software, support model/tool development, and collaborate with consultants, project managers, clients, and regulators. Contribute to proposals, project financials, and business development while receiving mentorship.

Lead underwater acoustics modelling and assessments for coastal and offshore projects, develop sound propagation and exposure models, characterize sources, analyze monitoring data, design monitoring programs, produce technical reports, advise on mitigation and compliance, mentor junior staff, and support proposals and business development.

Senior engineering leader responsible for technical vision, managing multiple engineering teams (architecture, platform, DevOps, data), driving scalable cloud-native systems, talent acquisition and development, process and delivery improvements, compliance and risk oversight, and cross-functional collaboration with business leaders to align engineering with company strategy.
