Lead design and execution of a 3–5 year fundraising strategy; personally cultivate and close five- and six-figure major gifts; manage donor CRM, reporting, dashboards, and fundraising collateral; partner with CEO and Board for donor engagement; align projects to donor goals; mentor a small fundraising team; track performance against KPIs; travel for donor meetings and events.

Translate historical Persian, Braj, and related primary sources into clear, accessible English for the Sikh History Project. Collaborate with researchers and advisors to select texts, estimate timelines, incorporate feedback, flag ambiguous passages, and maintain consistent terminology and Gurmat-informed contextual accuracy across translations and supporting factsheets and analytical materials.

Contract content editor to copyedit and proofread longform reports, articles, and factsheets for clarity, grammar, consistency, and flow. Provide structural and readability feedback while preserving author voice and aligning content with SikhRI standards and voice. Work is project-based with per-deliverable payments from July–Dec 2026.
