Lead enterprise Order-to-Cash implementations from kickoff through hypercare, owning project plans, governance, budgets, risks, milestones, change requests, billing, testing, cutover, and go-live. Coordinate customer finance, IT, and ERP teams with internal experts and data engineers. Manage complex multi-entity rollouts and parallel projects, communicate with senior finance leadership, oversee Salesforce updates, and transition customers into ongoing support.
