Serve as primary client liaison and strategic advisor, oversee end-to-end multidisciplinary projects, identify growth opportunities, manage budgets and profitability, lead and mentor team members, and ensure creative work aligns with client objectives.

Develop 360-degree campaign ideas and write copy for film, digital, print, social, OOH and experiential. Collaborate with art directors and multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects and deadlines, present to clients, stay current on cultural trends, and contribute to the agency's creative evolution.

As a Creative Recruiter, you will evaluate portfolios, partner with leaders, lead recruitment, develop talent pipelines, and enhance Sid Lee's profile. Your role includes shaping recruitment strategies and staying current in the creative market.
