Responsibilities include infrastructure engineering, reliability and observability, SLOs, incident response, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, performance and cost tuning, source onboarding, and security controls for payment-compliant environments. The role also involves applying AI tools to improve development, testing, runbooks, and documentation.

Manage end-to-end print production for gift cards and collateral, including artwork review, prepress validation, client communication, manufacturer coordination, proofing, revisions, quality checks, and delivery tracking. Review and prepare files using Adobe Creative Cloud tools, resolve production issues, coordinate multiple timelines, and occasionally create print-ready artwork from provided assets. The role is onsite in Toronto and emphasizes plastic printing expertise, organization, accuracy, and project management.
