Drives SHI Canada’s End User Computing growth through OEM and distribution partnerships. Develops customer opportunities, builds pipeline, enables sellers, manages partner programs, and coordinates quoting, procurement, configuration, deployment, logistics, and device lifecycle support. The role also supports Apple Business Manager, device enrollment, MDM workflows, and issue resolution while maintaining cross-functional relationships across sales, partners, and delivery teams.

Manages SHI’s Canada inside sales team, setting strategies and quotas, coaching and developing employees, prospecting opportunities, managing pipelines, and driving territory growth. Builds customer and partner relationships, delivers sales presentations, resolves escalations, and collaborates with Marketing on sales initiatives and brand awareness. Requires technology sales experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel to company, partner, and customer events.
