The Controller leads the Finance department’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, accounting, payroll, audits, internal controls, compliance, and risk management. The role advises the Chief Administrative Officer, oversees financial systems and external audits, manages finance staff and service providers, supports procurement and capital projects, and ensures accurate financial operations across the organization. Travel between Sheridan College campuses is required, with hybrid remote and on-site work.

Supervises Social Media Coordinators, manages content workflows and calendars, executes social media strategies, reviews content for accuracy and brand alignment, tracks engagement metrics, supports training and onboarding, monitors community interactions, and creates multimedia content across SSU channels. The role also coordinates promotions with internal departments and attends campus events to produce live social content.
