Responsibilities include threat modeling, integrating security into development workflows, automating detection and response using AI, incident response, regulatory support, mentoring, and shaping security priorities. The role requires collaboration with engineering, product, compliance, and vendors in a regulated fintech environment.

Provide hands-on legal and regulatory advice across crypto, payments, securities and AML; partner with product, compliance and leadership to launch products, lead regulatory initiatives, draft commercial agreements, and improve legal processes using AI and automation.

Lead and grow a platform engineering team focused on infrastructure, SRE, and DevOps. Set platform architecture and roadmap, oversee cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and operational tooling, drive reliability and incident management, and build AI-powered internal tools to improve developer productivity while partnering with security, compliance, and product teams.
