Perform routine microbiological tests (MLT, bioburden, endotoxin, sterility, antibiotic potency, AET), prepare media and reagents, operate and maintain lab equipment, record and analyze results, follow GLP and safety protocols, assist method development and reporting.

Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for biopharmaceuticals. Troubleshoot and optimize methods, write protocols and technical reports, lead client technical discussions, manage small-to-mid projects, and oversee, train, and mentor analysts in the laboratory.

Lead global commercial growth for SGS's Geochemistry business by developing strategy, driving key account management, leading major proposals and contracts, expanding services and regions, improving commercial systems (Salesforce, MyLab), supporting marketing and Capex/M&A evaluations, and sharing best practices across regions.
