Leads finished-product and stability testing operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, project prioritization, technical document approval, investigations, CAPA, method transfers, client proposals, cGMP-compliant experiments, data review, and laboratory record completion. Coordinates analysts and scientists, ensures timely reporting and certificate-of-analysis documentation, manages workload and performance, and communicates safety, revenue, resource, and operational updates to department leadership.

Leads biologics laboratory operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, project prioritization, performance management, protocol and report review, testing, data analysis, method transfers, and client proposals. Oversees cGMP/GLP compliance, investigations, deviations, CAPA, SOPs, documentation, and electronic laboratory records while coordinating analysts and scientists to meet project milestones and quality requirements.

Manages proposals, financial models, client communications, and tender submissions for onsite laboratory opportunities. Coordinates global teams and operating affiliates to plan, schedule, and deliver laboratory designs, builds, renovations, and expansions. Tracks equipment purchasing, standards, and delivery schedules while overseeing project execution and control. Requires scientific or engineering education, preferably in geosciences, mining and minerals industry knowledge, strong organization, communication, coordination, and team-management skills. Some international travel and irregular hours are required.

Oversee accounting and finance operations for nominated business lines, ensuring compliance with Group Financial Manual. Prepare and analyze monthly financials, forecasts, budgets, KPIs, and reconciliations. Partner with business managers on planning, capex, pricing, cash management, and performance improvement. Support audits, treasury, tax, and continuous finance process improvements.

Perform LCMS testing following SOPs and cGMP, document results, maintain and calibrate equipment, prepare standard and volumetric solutions, assist with failure investigations, and support lab operations including shift work as required.

Perform finished-product laboratory testing per SOPs and cGMP, record results in the electronic LIMS or client COA, maintain and calibrate instruments (HPLC, GC, dissolution, ovens), assist in failure investigations, manage daily workload to meet schedules, and follow documentation and QA submission processes.

Perform routine and complex finished-product testing per SOPs and cGMP, record results in the laboratory information system, maintain and calibrate instruments (HPLC, GC, dissolution), assist with failure investigations, manage documentation, and support lab operations and scheduling. May work shifts and extended hours.

Perform routine and complex analytical testing of biopharmaceutical raw materials and finished products following SOPs and cGMP. Execute HPLC/ELISA methods, record results in the electronic laboratory system, assist in investigations, maintain equipment, and support method verifications, validations, and transfers with limited supervision.
