Own and grow a GTA territory for SGS Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Services. Provides administrative and junior project coordination support to a technical office team. Responsibilities include preparing inspection and laboratory reports, tracking samples, maintaining controlled documents and records, coordinating schedules, purchasing, invoices, quotations, facilities needs, and follow-ups. The role requires strong organization, accuracy, communication, data entry, document formatting, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Manages proposals, financial models, client communications, and tender submissions for onsite laboratory opportunities. Coordinates global teams and operating affiliates to plan, schedule, and deliver laboratory designs, builds, renovations, and expansions. Tracks equipment purchasing, standards, and delivery schedules while overseeing project execution and control. Requires scientific or engineering education, preferably in geosciences, mining and minerals industry knowledge, strong organization, communication, coordination, and team-management skills. Some international travel and irregular hours are required.

Serves as a client advocate and laboratory liaison, guiding mineral testing projects from initial contact through laboratory processing, deliverables, and invoicing. Advises clients on methods and equipment, resolves disputes, troubleshoots sampling issues, coordinates supply shipments, liaises with technical staff, prepares quotes, reviews invoice pricing, and leads process improvement initiatives.

Leads HR business partnering across US and Canada, directing HR Business Partners and advising senior leaders on employee relations, labor relations, talent management, compliance, workforce strategy, and organizational change. Develops HR policies and programs, supports M&A and strategic projects, ensures legal compliance, and promotes a high-performance culture. Oversees HR staff and provides guidance across diverse, potentially unionized workforces.

Supports strategic sourcing and procurement leadership through spend and supplier analysis, RFx coordination, requisition and purchase order support, invoice issue resolution, supplier evaluations, savings validation, and procurement reporting. Coordinates supplier review meetings, tracks action items, validates pricing and SLAs, maintains procurement records, and assists with multiple categories including facilities, travel, fleet, logistics, and operating supplies.
