Manages proposals, financial models, client communications, scheduling, coordination, and execution of new onsite laboratory builds, renovations, and expansions. Collaborates with SGS regional, country, and operating teams to secure technical and operational approvals, prepare tenders, coordinate project activities, and monitor laboratory equipment purchasing, standards, and delivery schedules. Requires global coordination, team management, strong organization, and occasional international travel.

The Analyst is responsible for complex testing and analysis of pharmaceutical products, following SOPs, conducting maintenance on lab instruments, and reporting results accurately while managing multiple projects.

Oversee accounting and finance operations for nominated business lines, ensuring compliance with Group Financial Manual. Prepare and analyze monthly financials, forecasts, budgets, KPIs, and reconciliations. Partner with business managers on planning, capex, pricing, cash management, and performance improvement. Support audits, treasury, tax, and continuous finance process improvements.

Perform LCMS testing following SOPs and cGMP, document results, maintain and calibrate equipment, prepare standard and volumetric solutions, assist with failure investigations, and support lab operations including shift work as required.

Perform finished product analytical testing per SOPs and cGMP, record results in the electronic lab system or COA, prioritize workflow, report failures and assist investigations, maintain and calibrate instruments (HPLC, GC, Dissolution, ovens, thermometers), prepare solutions, and keep accurate records. May require shift work and extended hours.

Perform finished-product laboratory testing per SOPs and cGMP, record results in the electronic LIMS or client COA, maintain and calibrate instruments (HPLC, GC, dissolution, ovens), assist in failure investigations, manage daily workload to meet schedules, and follow documentation and QA submission processes.

Perform analytical testing following SOPs and cGMP, execute and document HPLC/LC‑MS assays, prepare/standardize solutions, maintain equipment, assist in investigations, and support daily lab operations and reporting.

Perform routine and complex finished-product testing per SOPs and cGMP, record results in the laboratory information system, maintain and calibrate instruments (HPLC, GC, dissolution), assist with failure investigations, manage documentation, and support lab operations and scheduling. May work shifts and extended hours.

Perform routine and complex analytical testing of biopharmaceutical raw materials and finished products following SOPs and cGMP. Execute HPLC/ELISA methods, record results in the electronic laboratory system, assist in investigations, maintain equipment, and support method verifications, validations, and transfers with limited supervision.

Lead global commercial growth for SGS's Geochemistry business by developing strategy, driving key account management, leading major proposals and contracts, expanding services and regions, improving commercial systems (Salesforce, MyLab), supporting marketing and Capex/M&A evaluations, and sharing best practices across regions.

Lead the global quality management system for mineral geochemistry labs to ensure ISO/IEC 17025 compliance. Oversee QA/QC processes, method validation, data acceptance/rejection, network monitoring, internal audits, analytical problem resolution (e.g., ICP, XRF, FA), policy development, and drive continuous improvement while managing a small virtual team and supporting lab implementations.

Lead global Quality Management System for Minerals Geochemistry labs (ISO/IEC 17025), administer QA/QC programs, monitor lab performance, conduct audits, troubleshoot analytical issues, and drive continuous improvement across a virtual team and laboratory network.
