The NPI Product Engineer supports new product development and transfer to manufacturing, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior engineers on testability, quality, and yield optimization.

Design and deliver high-speed PCB and evaluation platforms, perform schematic capture, PCB layout and signal-integrity analysis, manage contractors, and validate hardware with lab test equipment (VNAs, high-speed scopes). Coordinate cross-functional teams and suppliers to support semiconductor product performance measurement.

The Senior NPI Test Engineer develops and implements test solutions for mixed-signal products, leading NPI programs, and driving innovation in test methodologies and technologies.
