Manage the Quality Management System across multiple global sites and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Plan and conduct internal audits, document findings, manage CAPA and corrective actions, oversee calibration, and support PCN, EOL, waiver, customer notification, and continuous improvement processes. Communicate audit results to management and collaborate across functions to resolve nonconformances and strengthen quality performance.

Conducts customer-return testing, failure analysis, root-cause investigations, and product quality improvement for semiconductor products. Uses laboratory and automated test equipment, coordinates engineering activities with suppliers and test houses, improves quality processes and databases, supports failure-analysis platform development, and presents recommendations to cross-functional teams. The role also mentors co-op students and interns as needed.

Coordinate semiconductor new product introduction programs from planning through production release. Maintain schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, action items, documentation, BOMs, routings, and lifecycle records. Support wafer, packaging, OSAT, sample, tooling, and supply logistics; create purchase orders and SAP requests; coordinate compliance, wafer configurations, change notifications, waivers, and release documentation. Partner with global engineering, quality, packaging, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners to keep deliverables on schedule.
