Lead product quality for FiberEdge optical transceivers: manage customer escalations and RMAs, drive NCMR and corrective actions, run continuous improvement projects (Six Sigma/Lean), and embed quality into new product introductions through FMEA, control plans, and cross-functional collaboration.

Support NPI activities from concept through production transfer for high-performance optical and analog/mixed-signal CMOS/BiCMOS ICs. Define and verify DfT/DFM requirements, assist ATE program development, run characterization and ATE-to-bench correlation, analyze data for yield optimization, support reliability qualification and failure analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable full-volume manufacturing.

Lead applications engineering for CopperEdge on-board copper products and in-house test infrastructure. Design and develop embedded firmware, define test strategies, perform signal integrity characterization (PAM4, S-parameters, VNA), support customers pre- and post-sales, attend industry events, mentor engineers, and drive NPI deliverables while creating technical collateral and improving test automation.
