Administer and maintain global NetApp and Pure Storage arrays, including provisioning, capacity planning, performance tuning, upgrades, and security hardening. Manage Druva backup, retention, recovery, and troubleshooting operations. Support AWS storage services and SnapMirror replication across multi-region EDA infrastructure. Participate in migrations, hardware refreshes, and datacenter transitions while collaborating with systems, networking, security, and cloud teams to ensure resilient, secure, high-performing storage services.

Leads Semtech’s global Customer Experience organization, overseeing customer and partner experience, order-to-cash performance, service models, distributor economics, and cross-functional operating processes. The role standardizes global workflows, SLAs, systems, and scorecards; deploys AI, RPA, and self-service automation; manages predictive service initiatives; supports M&A integration; and advises executives on commercial productivity. It also leads a global team of 15–20 specialists and team leads while driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue-supporting improvements.

Develops statistical and machine-learning systems for semiconductor wafer quality analysis. Responsibilities include anomaly detection, yield and parametric analysis, wafer-map pattern classification, risk tiering, LLM-driven reporting, and production validation. The role partners with quality, product, AI, and software teams to deploy reliable tools, document systems, and support in-house ownership.
