Configure annual compensation plans, manage participant data and plan letters, produce attainment and payment reporting, and explain compensation statements to employees and managers. Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, HR, Payroll, Accounting, Legal, and auditors.

Lead the product strategy for permissions and delegation hygiene, focusing on identity security, AI-driven automation, and reducing privilege sprawl across hybrid environments. Collaborate with engineering and customers to deliver effective solutions and manage the product lifecycle.
