Administer and improve Workday and People Operations workflows, including employee data changes, internal mobility, position management, onboarding, compensation processes, reporting, audits, testing, and issue resolution. The role maintains data accuracy, improves process controls, supports HRBPs and stakeholders, documents processes, and recommends workflow and reporting enhancements. It requires hands-on Workday experience and operates in a hybrid model in Toronto, Hoboken, or Dallas.

Own monthly sales commission and incentive compensation cycles, including data validation, calculations, reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, payment files, accrual support, audit controls, and plan administration in Xactly Incent. Configure annual compensation plans, manage participant data and plan letters, produce attainment and payment reporting, and explain compensation statements to employees and managers. Partner with Finance, Revenue Operations, HR, Payroll, Accounting, Legal, and auditors.

Lead the product strategy for permissions and delegation hygiene, focusing on identity security, AI-driven automation, and reducing privilege sprawl across hybrid environments. Collaborate with engineering and customers to deliver effective solutions and manage the product lifecycle.
