Leads enterprise business-process design, governance, requirements, implementation readiness, testing, deployment, change management, and continuous improvement for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management. Partners with process owners, IT, implementation partners, and business teams to optimize workflows, prioritize enhancements, support adoption, strengthen internal capabilities, and realize measurable business value across global and local operations.

Manage the planning, governance, and delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management transformation. Coordinate internal teams, workstreams, implementation partners, vendors, budgets, risks, testing, deployment, change control, executive reporting, and business readiness. The role oversees integrated planning, resource allocation, quality, cutover, hypercare, stakeholder communications, and transition to support across a complex multi-entity program.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports data pipelines, lakehouses, warehouses, semantic models, Power BI dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions. Integrates data from D365, operational applications, and legacy platforms while maintaining SQL Server, SSIS, and SSAS systems. The role also supports data governance, security, documentation, modernization to Microsoft Fabric, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.
