The role oversees integrated planning, resource allocation, quality, cutover, hypercare, stakeholder communications, and transition to support across a complex multi-entity program.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports data pipelines, lakehouses, warehouses, semantic models, Power BI dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions. Integrates data from D365, operational applications, and legacy platforms while maintaining SQL Server, SSIS, and SSAS systems. The role also supports data governance, security, documentation, modernization to Microsoft Fabric, and collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Leads global strategy, commercialization, launches, marketing, sales enablement, distributor relationships, and lifecycle management for HerdStrong 360 animal health products. Conducts market intelligence, develops scientific communications, supports international expansion, and collaborates with R&D, regulatory, supply chain, sales, veterinarians, nutritionists, and industry partners. The role is hybrid in Guelph, Ontario, with 40% international and domestic travel.
