Advocate customer needs to Product, monitor health and risks, and lead commercial conversations to meet NRR and retention targets.

Lead product execution and adoption by running sprint planning, backlog grooming, releases, and UAT; use data and customer insights to drive roadmap prioritization; own GTM launch enablement with Marketing and Customer Success; apply and coach product frameworks across teams; use AI/agentic tools thoughtfully; communicate roadmaps and releases to stakeholders and customers.
