Build pipeline among multi-unit restaurant groups across New York, the Northeast, and Greater Miami; sell to C-suite operators; attend industry events; monitor restaurant technology trends; and provide customer insights to product and onboarding teams.

Lead end-to-end AI product development: design, build, deploy, and iterate AI-native features (agents, RAG, tool-use). Own full stack (frontend, backend, data, model integration), establish feedback loops (evals, telemetry), partner with product and operations, and make pragmatic build-vs-buy decisions to deliver production-quality AI features for restaurant operations.

Lead the expansion of Sauce's Online Storefront and Delivery Management, crafting compelling messaging and managing product marketing initiatives across channels.
