Leads complex aerospace programs through customer relationship management, business development, proposal development, project scoping, revenue achievement, and delivery oversight. Serves as the primary customer contact, coordinates sales, delivery, talent acquisition, and global teams, manages escalations, tracks project status, supports resource fulfillment, and drives customer satisfaction. Requires extensive experience with multidisciplinary aircraft-structure programs for major OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or engineering services providers, plus regular customer-site travel.

Lead technical stress-analysis for aerostructures, perform classical and FEA strength evaluations, prepare stress reports, validate designs, manage design modifications and structural substantiation, coordinate deliverables between customer stakeholders and offshore teams, lead technical discussions, track project activities, and ensure timely delivery of engineering milestones. Experience with commercial/business aircraft and OEM/certification processes preferred.

The Front End Engineer will work with Angular, Bootstrap, and PrimeNG to build interfaces, implement GoJS for diagrams, conduct E2E testing with Playwright, and manage unit testing with Jasmin. Responsibilities include deploying applications using micro-frontends architecture, developing a back-end with NodeJS on Docker, and integrating APIs using the BFF approach.
