Lead and supervise a technical team for influenza downstream manufacturing (night shift). Ensure GMP/GLP compliance, review records, coordinate production scheduling and SAP transactions, oversee equipment maintenance, HSE, environmental monitoring, investigations and CAPA, support process improvements, and coordinate with upstream, maintenance, QA/QO, and engineering teams.

Operate and maintain vaccine production equipment on night shift, ensuring cGMP compliance. Set up, troubleshoot, and perform autonomous maintenance; complete SAP documentation, support audits, train staff, and participate in continuous improvement and HSE activities.

Perform media, buffer, washing, sterilization and inoculation preparation and upstream MBWS activities under GMP. Execute IQ/OQ/PQ and cleaning verification, environmental monitoring, material handling, and SAP/LIMS data entry. Draft and review cGMP documentation, investigate deviations, support CAPA/root cause analysis, train staff, and maintain inspection-ready, HSE-compliant production areas on night shift.
