Leads transversal finance activities across Sanofi Canada, including consolidated reporting, forecasting, budgeting, P&L management, legal entity governance, controls, and executive support. Owns finance digital and AI transformation, including AI-powered forecasting and Power BI adoption. Coordinates finance hub collaboration and Gross-to-Net process transition, while partnering across business units, corporate functions, and global teams to deliver strategic financial initiatives and change management.

Responsible for plant reliability, maintenance strategy, process optimization, preventive maintenance, spare-parts inventory, and continuous improvement in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role uses reliability tools such as RCM, FMEA, RCA, and SPC; supports investigations, CAPA, GMP compliance, audits, risk assessments, and deviation management; and collaborates with manufacturing, quality, engineering, vendors, and maintenance teams.

Develop and execute brand strategies for rare disease therapies across their lifecycles. Drive commercial performance, launch readiness, market insights, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, agency execution, and budget management. Use market research, analytics, AI, and real-world evidence to inform strategy, patient access, customer engagement, and business growth in the Canadian market.
