Drives business growth for Sandvik’s mining products across Canada by identifying opportunities, managing pipelines, supporting tenders, and developing win strategies. Builds and maintains partnerships with Indigenous communities and businesses, supports governance meetings and advisory initiatives, tracks partnership KPIs, and contributes market and competitor intelligence. Collaborates with sales, service, engineering, and partner teams while maintaining CRM data, forecasting, and reporting. Travel to customer, partner, industry, and community events is required.

Leads Sandvik’s strategic relationship with a global mining customer, coordinating internal divisions and stakeholders to deliver consistent service, strengthen market position, and drive profitable growth. Responsibilities include executive engagement, customer planning, performance monitoring, revenue development, and communicating solution value. The role requires extensive domestic and international travel, multicultural collaboration, strategic account management, financial understanding, and leadership across a matrix organization.

Manages procurement for materials, services, tooling, and inventory while coordinating freight and shipping across North America. Responsibilities include purchase orders, supplier sourcing and evaluation, price and delivery negotiations, vendor performance monitoring, inventory planning, quotations, tenders, and compliance with purchasing standards. The role supports manufacturing operations and requires procurement or materials-control experience, analytical problem-solving, and familiarity with purchasing software and accounting processes.
