Lead and grow Samsung Canada's Tablet and Laptop category through mid-to-long-term strategy, product lifecycle and pricing, P&L and forecasting, market and competitive analysis, channel and partner management, cross-functional liaison with Sales/Marketing/SCM/Service, and manage a team of product managers to hit revenue, market share, inventory, and profitability targets.

The Senior Manager oversees e-commerce platforms, managing digital merchandising, product launches, and cross-functional collaborations while driving user engagement and conversion rates.

Manage end-to-end inbound, direct-ship and outbound logistics for assigned product categories. Serve as single point of contact, track/trace shipments, maintain SAP/ERP order data, develop SOPs and reports, liaise with freight forwarders, sales and 3PLs, and drive cost avoidance and on-time delivery against forecasts and customer requested delivery dates.
