Manage end-to-end implementation and adoption of Samsara’s IoT solutions for mid-market customers. Responsibilities include creating launch plans, tracking implementation progress and account health, delivering product training, demonstrating technology, resolving challenges, and coordinating with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product. The role requires strong customer communication, consultative implementation skills, technical product experience, stakeholder management, and fluency in English and French.

Build trusted technical relationships with enterprise customers, troubleshoot Samsara hardware, software, APIs, and AI solutions, and optimize implementations. Serve as the primary technical contact, manage incident communications, identify growth opportunities, maintain account records, and collaborate across stakeholders. The role also supports Technical Account Management team development and requires occasional customer travel plus after-hours or weekend coverage when needed.

Own the global Procure-to-Pay function across procurement operations, accounts payable, supplier onboarding, payments, and financial close. Establish governance, controls, KPIs, SLAs, SOX readiness, supplier-risk standards, and payment integrity processes. Lead automation and transformation initiatives, optimize working capital, resolve escalated issues, and present executive business reviews. Build and manage a high-performing, distributed team through hiring, training, coaching, performance calibration, and succession planning.
