Lead visual direction and concept and execute culturally relevant creative across social, digital, film, and integrated campaigns. Partner with writers, strategists, producers, and creative directors to translate trends and real-time moments into compelling work. Present ideas to stakeholders, ensure high craft and consistency from concept through execution, and collaborate across disciplines to drive engagement and results.

As an Account Director, you will lead integrated client campaigns, ensuring strategic execution, managing resources and budgets, while cultivating relationships and driving client growth.

Manage day-to-day office upkeep and front-of-house, coordinate internal events and client meetings (set-up, catering, AV), handle mail/packages, support vendor relationships, track basic office budgets/invoices, and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to enhance workplace experience.
