Leads global change management for medium- to large-scale Prospect-to-Cash initiatives. Develops change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement strategies, activation plans, communications, and adoption programs, including AI-enabled approaches. Partners with cross-functional leaders, PMO, analytics, and business stakeholders to measure readiness, engagement, sentiment, adoption, and ROI. Identifies feedback trends, supports dashboards and continuous improvement, manages risks, and provides program leadership updates.

Own Canadian corporate income tax compliance, including technical review of T2 returns, GIFI alignment, foreign affiliate forms, and SR&ED claims. Manage outsourced tax providers, coordinate with Accounting and R&D teams, extract financial data from ERP systems, support CRA and provincial audits, and reconcile tax data for ASC 740 provision reporting. Monitor Canadian tax legislation and ensure accurate, timely filings and audit responses.

Develop and deploy machine learning models for ranking, retrieval, recommendation, security, and generative AI use cases. Build data pipelines, production ML services, and sustainable feature-management systems. Collaborate with product and engineering teams on high-impact features, troubleshoot production issues, improve tooling and engineering standards, review code, mentor engineers, and contribute to architecture decisions. The role emphasizes practical, scalable machine learning solutions and measurable business impact.
