Provides responsive support to a remote network of therapists and clinicians through email and phone. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical and logistical issues, answering caseload and provider-patient matching questions, tracking requests through resolution, escalating issues appropriately, and proactively building provider relationships. The role requires strong organization, follow-through, sound judgment, empathy, and comfort creating structure in an evolving startup environment.

Serve as the first point of contact for patients and families through phone, email, and SMS. Respond promptly, resolve straightforward requests, triage inquiries, route patients to appropriate care team members, troubleshoot administrative and clinical workflows, and support patients throughout their care journey. The role requires empathy, organization, reliability, comfort with high-volume communication, and the ability to learn healthcare technology tools.

Guide older adults and their families through the mental health intake process, coordinate therapist matching, provide compassionate support, and ensure patients feel informed and cared for throughout their transition into treatment. The role requires strong organization, communication, empathy, comfort with healthcare technology, and the ability to manage multiple patients remotely.
