Teams at Safely Connected, The Eating Disorder Centre

Provides administrative support to the Executive Director and organization through email management, scheduling, calendar maintenance, meeting coordination, filing, document editing, communications, minutes, and workflow development. The role supports operational planning and administrative projects while contributing to an inclusive mental health organization.

Creates documentation, processes, and communications for independent chapters; reviews and improves chapter protocols, data collection, evaluation, and initiatives; supports chapters with diverse needs; and works with the executive director to identify risks and opportunities. The role requires organization, project follow-through, communication, administrative, management, and planning skills.

Manage external communications and develop informative, promotional, educational, graphic, and inclusive content about eating disorders. Responsibilities include planning awareness campaigns, applying brand guidelines, tracking engagement, researching audiences, networking with advocacy organizations, and collaborating with partners to create intersectional content for marginalized communities.
