Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, provide transportation and lease maintenance solutions, execute account development and marketing plans, meet sales and performance targets, and coordinate internally across Rentals, Operations, Maintenance, Finance and Marketing.

Manage inbound/outbound retail logistics including processing paperwork, inventory data entry, order waving, priority handling, customer reporting, product allocation, and yard/transport coordination. Train staff on SAP and maintain yard management processes while analyzing inventory, fill rates, space, and transfers.

Provide administrative support, manage billing, develop reports, coordinate inventory, and assist with hiring and training staff.

The Logistics Manager oversees account operations, P&L management, compliance, employee relations, and ensures customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include payroll management, financial reporting, safety training, and team performance management.

Inspect, exercise, and transport trucks/tractors to ensure roadworthiness and customer-ready condition. Perform light mechanical tasks, coordinate repairs with shops/providers, maintain lot organization and cleanliness, submit weekly equipment exercise data via Teams, and support special projects.

Support shop management and cross-functional teams to improve cost savings, customer retention, and operational metrics. Coordinate with rental, maintenance, asset management, sales, and marketing to optimize utilization, manage running costs, schedule PMs, oversee technician work planning, and resolve customer issues. Participate in customer calls and training; relocate within the business unit after training.

Support shop management to drive cost savings, customer retention, and metric-based initiatives. Coordinate across Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales, Rental and Quality to optimize vehicle utilization, PM scheduling, breakdown response, technician planning, and customer issue resolution. Assist on customer calls, manage running costs, and ensure policies/processes are followed. Relocation within the business unit after training required.

Support shop management and parts operations including ordering, receiving, inventory, and PO/invoice processing. Coordinate with rental, maintenance, asset management, sales, and marketing to optimize utilization, costs, PM scheduling, and technician planning. Provide customer relationship management, issue resolution, and metric-driven improvements.

Process and verify weekly Canadian payroll: import and balance timekeeping data, reconcile payroll registers, ensure internal controls, track vacation accruals, respond to payroll inquiries, prepare reports and mail couriers, and support special projects and other payroll cycles.
