Supports warehouse and transportation management systems, troubleshoots software, hardware, network, and access issues, manages ServiceNow incidents and IT assets, and coordinates escalations. Maintains reports, error managers, interface failures, and WMS/TMS access. Supports customer enhancements through testing, user training, documentation, and continuous improvement. Requires supply chain or logistics experience, WMS/TMS knowledge, basic SQL, WMS configuration, reporting, and ZPL label generation skills.

Provides entry-level application support for enterprise platforms by troubleshooting incidents, resolving service requests, correcting data, updating configurations, following runbooks, gathering logs, reproducing issues, and escalating complex problems. The role collaborates with senior engineers, documents solutions, identifies recurring issues, and participates in training through Ryder’s Technology Talent Incubator Program.

Supervise and coordinate daily logistics operations for an assigned shift, ensuring safety, efficiency, customer service, and KPI performance. The role schedules work, coaches and evaluates team members, addresses performance issues, supports employee orientation, collaborates with customers and managers, and drives continuous improvement, operational excellence, and adherence to company policies.

Support shop management and parts operations including ordering, receiving, inventory, and PO/invoice processing. Coordinate with rental, maintenance, asset management, sales, and marketing to optimize utilization, costs, PM scheduling, and technician planning. Provide customer relationship management, issue resolution, and metric-driven improvements.

Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, provide transportation and lease maintenance solutions, execute account development and marketing plans, meet sales and performance targets, and coordinate internally across Rentals, Operations, Maintenance, Finance and Marketing.

Inspect, exercise, and transport trucks/tractors to ensure roadworthiness and customer-ready condition. Perform light mechanical tasks, coordinate repairs with shops/providers, maintain lot organization and cleanliness, submit weekly equipment exercise data via Teams, and support special projects.

Support shop management and cross-functional teams to improve cost savings, customer retention, and operational metrics. Coordinate with rental, maintenance, asset management, sales, and marketing to optimize utilization, manage running costs, schedule PMs, oversee technician work planning, and resolve customer issues. Participate in customer calls and training; relocate within the business unit after training.
