Inspect, exercise, and transport trucks/tractors to ensure roadworthiness and customer-ready condition. Perform light mechanical tasks, coordinate repairs with shops/providers, maintain lot organization and cleanliness, submit weekly equipment exercise data via Teams, and support special projects.

Performs basic and preventive maintenance and minor repairs on commercial vehicles under supervision. Uses diagnostic tools and shop management systems, completes PM, tire, brake, electrical, cooling, fuel, steering, suspension, and coupling checks, and follows DOT and safety procedures.

Process and verify weekly Canadian payroll: import and balance timekeeping data, reconcile payroll registers, ensure internal controls, track vacation accruals, respond to payroll inquiries, prepare reports and mail couriers, and support special projects and other payroll cycles.
