The Account Manager develops business relationships with customers, providing transportation solutions and ensuring high-quality service while achieving sales growth.

Supervise front-line hourly staff and handle administrative duties including dispatch/routing, customer requests, payroll/billing, safety compliance (DOT/OSHA), KPI and A/P reporting, supply ordering, and SOX invoice reconciliation. Act as liaison between drivers/hourly workers and management, conduct safety training, and recommend process improvements.

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations, set schedules and procedures, monitor KPIs, coach and evaluate staff, maintain labor relations, enforce health and safety, and collaborate with customers and management to improve processes.

Manage end-to-end order flow in a 3PL environment, track and trace shipments, resolve order exceptions, produce KPI reports (Excel/Power BI), enter and update orders across systems, collaborate with operations and provide customer service to meet delivery timelines.

Operate and support Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) to move product, load/unload trailers, perform corrective maintenance and manual overrides, track repairs, follow safety procedures, and perform other warehouse duties including operation of powered industrial trucks.

Provide administrative support, manage billing, develop reports, coordinate inventory, and assist with hiring and training staff.

The Logistics Manager oversees account operations, P&L management, compliance, employee relations, and ensures customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include payroll management, financial reporting, safety training, and team performance management.

The Operations Supervisor assists in managing operations and personnel, overseeing workflow, labor, customer satisfaction, and financial objectives to meet business targets.

The HR Business Partner will deliver HR solutions to support business goals, collaborate internally, implement HR programs, and enhance talent development.
