Leads sales and fuels tax recovery engagements for clients by reviewing tax payments, input tax credits, accounting records, and sales tax accounts. Identifies recovery opportunities and exposure areas, researches applicable GST, HST, PST, and QST legislation, prepares refund claims and supporting schedules, and presents comprehensive findings and process improvement recommendations. The role involves onsite client work, proprietary software, technical training, and 20–25% independent travel.

Supports business development leaders by generating leads, making outbound sales calls, setting appointments, maintaining Salesforce records, following up with prospects, responding to customer inquiries, and coordinating sales campaigns. Maintains knowledge of company products and services and monitors prospect priorities. The role involves frequent communication with clients and colleagues across time zones, with hybrid, remote, and occasional flexible-hours options.
