The role requires strong knowledge of banking regulations, IT control frameworks, technology risk, and executive-level communication.

Leads Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include project planning, team assembly, budgeting, scheduling, cost-benefit analysis, stakeholder communication, risk and issue management, resource allocation, deliverable oversight, and adapting plans to changing requirements while following SDLC methodology.

Leads planning, coordination, and execution of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement implementations throughout the project lifecycle. Manages project teams, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, stakeholders, deliverables, cost-benefit analysis, and changing requirements while following SDLC methodology. Requires strong CRM implementation, technical team leadership, financial planning, communication, stakeholder management, and business-facing skills. PMP certification and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project are preferred.
