Leads enterprise data integration and migration engagements across ERP, CRM, HCM, and other business applications. Oversees extraction, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, testing, and cutover activities while supervising technical teams. Designs scalable Azure-based and hybrid integration solutions, establishes data quality and security practices, manages project risks and stakeholders, supports presales, and drives reusable frameworks and continuous improvement.

Conduct cybersecurity governance and compliance assessments, identify and evaluate security risks, provide remediation guidance, and measure compliance against frameworks and regulations. Support security program development, eGRC implementation, metrics and reporting, operating models, and executive presentations. The role involves collaborating with cybersecurity and privacy professionals while developing consulting, communication, and business-writing skills.

Manages Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement implementations from planning through completion. Responsibilities include building project teams, defining deliverables, schedules, budgets, and objectives; managing resources, risks, issues, stakeholders, and cost-benefit analyses; revising plans under SDLC methodology; and communicating project status to leadership. The role requires strong CRM implementation, technical project management, financial planning, team leadership, stakeholder management, and business-facing skills.
