Advise CIOs and technology leaders on IT strategy, digital transformation, cloud adoption, infrastructure modernization, enterprise architecture, and technology operating models. Lead current-state assessments, future-state strategies, roadmaps, business cases, workshops, and executive presentations. Manage project workstreams and stakeholder communications, mentor junior team members, build client relationships, and identify additional consulting opportunities.

Develops AI and data strategies for client engagements, including vision statements, use-case identification, future-state capabilities, operating models, and implementation recommendations. Collaborates with consultants across regions and practices, translates technical concepts for business stakeholders, and supports data, analytics, machine learning, and AI solution delivery. Requires strong business acumen, critical thinking, communication, organization, and willingness to travel.

Lead large-scale human capital and HR transformation engagements for middle-market clients. Responsibilities include HR strategy, operating model and organizational redesign, HRIS implementation, workforce optimization, stakeholder workshops, project team management, client deliverables, strategic recommendations, and business development. The role requires expertise across HR technology, change management, workforce planning, employee experience, or related transformation areas, plus responsible use of AI tools.
