Support administration and day-to-day operations of business applications for the D365 practice, primarily ServiceNow. Configure forms, workflows, access controls, automations; troubleshoot issues; support data imports/exports, reporting, integrations, UAT, releases, documentation, training, and user adoption. Collaborate with Corporate IT, DASH, and cross-functional teams to implement minor enhancements and process improvements.

Provide hands-on accounting services for multiple private middle-market clients: transaction processing, AP/AR leadership, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly financial statement preparation. Support audits, budgeting/forecasting, process improvement, and use cloud accounting systems and automation tools to improve efficiency while communicating regularly with client finance leads.

Manage client audits, assess risks, supervise teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and develop client relations while mentoring associates.
