The Manager, Corporate Partnerships will drive revenue through corporate sponsorship acquisition, manage relationships, develop proposals, and oversee event activations to enhance brand visibility, contributing to the ROM Foundation's fundraising goals.

Lead development and execution of PR strategies for exhibitions, programs, and institutional initiatives. Write and edit media materials, secure and coordinate media coverage, manage media relationships, handle issues and internal communications, track earned media, produce campaign reports, and collaborate across departments. Support spokespeople and supervise media visits; may assist in hiring and supervising a seasonal communications intern.

Generate new group business, manage client relationships, and coordinate group bookings end-to-end. Prepare quotes, invoices, and reports, collaborate with internal teams for seamless visits, upsell programs and services, represent ROM at industry events, and monitor market trends to support attendance and revenue growth.

Support delivery of public programs by managing day-of logistics, visitor entry, materials coordination, signage and room setup, and providing administrative assistance. Ensure inclusive, welcoming experiences for diverse audiences, assist program coordinators with planning tasks, and help coordinate event operations including food deliveries and facilitator support.

Act as a trusted HR advisor on employee and labour relations in a unionized environment. Manage complex workplace issues, interpret legislation and collective agreements, coordinate labour relations activities, deliver training, maintain ER processes and HRIS data, support attendance management and HR initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.

Lead ROM's 10M-specimen insects and arachnids collection through research, stewardship, exhibitions, public programming, partnerships, fundraising, and mentorship. Conduct and publish collections-based research, secure external funding, develop interdisciplinary exhibitions and outreach, and supervise students, volunteers, and staff while advancing accessibility and community engagement.
