Build and optimize ingestion and transformation pipelines across energy market, facility, and vendor data using Python, PySpark, SQL, Delta Lake, and Databricks tools. Establish medallion architecture, schemas, access controls, data quality standards, lineage, and monitoring. Collaborate with vendors, business stakeholders, and senior leadership while guiding platform standards and future capabilities.

Build and own battery and price-responsive load optimization models using energy market and meter data. Backtest models, track experiments in MLflow, integrate forecasting inputs, and partner with data engineering and data science teams. Expand optimization capabilities across North American energy markets, including IESO, AESO, PJM, NYISO, MISO, and ERCOT.

Build scenario-based financial models, unit economics, profitability analyses, ROI assessments, deal models, and forecasts. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and business leaders to evaluate pricing, resource allocation, M&A, and strategic decisions. Own FP&A processes, automation, reporting infrastructure, dashboards, data reconciliation, variance analysis, and forecasting while translating financial insights into actionable recommendations.

Provide broad legal support across commercial contracting, corporate development, energy-market regulation, policy, governance, privacy, intellectual property, insurance, and risk management. Advise business units on transactions and operations across Canadian and U.S. electricity markets, support market entry and regulatory proceedings, negotiate agreements, and build scalable legal templates, playbooks, and processes. The role requires direct executive exposure, strong commercial judgment, and collaboration with sales, operations, technology, finance, and energy-market teams.

Lead and scale Rodan Energy's marketing function across brand, content, PR, demand generation, performance marketing, and marketing ops. Develop strategy aligned to revenue goals, build measurement frameworks (CAC, LTV, attribution), optimize martech, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive booked meetings and measurable growth.
