Coordinate intake, documentation, and tracking of software and AI tool requests. Gather requirements, triage basic research, capture meeting notes and action items, maintain inventories, and partner with IT, security, and stakeholders to escalate risks and drive decisions.

Lead and execute complex threat intelligence investigations for live game services using OSINT, internal tools, and data analysis. Produce high-quality intelligence reports, support incident response, drive automation/tooling improvements, and maintain program reporting and threat monitoring.
