Build and scale Rocketship Public Schools’ major gifts program by identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding high-net-worth donors. Manage a portfolio of up to 100 prospects, secure gifts of $25,000 or more, develop personalized proposals and engagement strategies, partner with executives, organize donor events, and establish scalable fundraising processes across California and the national network.

Serves as a strategic HR partner to regional and school leaders across a multi-site school network. Leads workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, change management, and HR process improvements. Uses workforce data and engagement feedback to identify trends, strengthen culture, mitigate risk, and improve retention. The role is primarily remote but requires consistent travel to supported schools near San Jose, California.

Lead campus operations including arrival, lunch, recess, dismissal, facilities, safety, and food service. Hire and coach hourly Operations Specialists, run compliance and safety processes, manage procurement and budgets, serve as on-site IT contact, and partner with school leadership to ensure systems support teaching and student safety.
