Design, analyze, test, and support development and production of star tracker optical systems. Build and commission test setups, collect and analyze performance data, assist quality and production teams with root cause analysis and integration, and support business development customer responses.

The Program Manager II/Senior manages ADCS component programs, coordinating with production, engineering, and quality teams, and communicates with customers on project statuses and requirements.

Manage supplier relationships and place purchase orders to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets. Run RFQs, negotiate terms, provide PO status to planners, integrate with engineering for R&D and production ramp, and maintain purchase order data in the ERP. Ensure on-time delivery and supplier performance for aerospace manufacturing.
