Develop, maintain, and customize core Android OS components for automotive infotainment. Implement and optimize HALs, tune system performance (boot time, memory, stability), integrate features, debug system-level issues, and write performance-critical foundational code while participating in design and code reviews.

Software engineering interns develop and test customer-facing infotainment, mobile, Android Automotive, connectivity, graphics, and telematics features. Responsibilities include coding in Kotlin, Java, C++, or Python; debugging issues; creating automated and integration tests; collaborating with product and design teams; and presenting work. Projects may involve navigation, media, vehicle settings, Android platform software, wireless protocols, cloud-connected mobile applications, 3D graphics, and software integration.
