Manage procurement of direct materials (packaging and ingredients) to ensure timely, cost-effective availability across manufacturing sites. Create and follow up purchase orders and contracts, monitor inventory and VMI, maintain SAP master data, support continuous improvement projects, analyze data in Excel, collaborate cross-functionally, and cultivate supplier relationships to meet inventory and cost KPIs.

Lead end-to-end payroll and benefits delivery for Canadian and US employees, ensure legal compliance, manage payroll calendars and year-end filings, audit and reconcile payroll data, strengthen controls and processes, act as escalation point and liaison with external payroll provider, and partner cross-functionally to improve payroll, benefits, and pension administration.

Manage and maintain master data quality and governance within SAP S/4HANA. Support SAP MDG implementation, perform data maintenance via Fiori, run audits and remediation, provide user support and training, generate data quality reports, document requirements, and assist testing and implementation activities.
