Leads plant engineering across multiple manufacturing sites, managing work intake, resource allocation, engineers, technical projects, equipment modifications, commissioning, reliability improvements, capacity planning, and capital planning. Partners with plant leaders, capital projects teams, contractors, OEMs, and vendors to improve plant efficiency and execution. Establishes engineering standards, governs project delivery, resolves recurring technical issues, and develops the plant engineering team.

The Finance Analyst supports Commercial Canada by analyzing sales and trade spend performance, maintaining financial models and reports, preparing forecasts and annual plans, posting accrual journal entries, and managing trade spend conditions in SAP. The role evaluates promotional effectiveness, performs variance analysis, builds financial scenarios, and provides insights to Commercial and Sales Planning teams. It also supports adoption of a new TPM system and assists account managers with planning and reporting.

Lead 3- to 18-month supply planning across plants, co-manufacturers, and distribution locations using SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA. Develop feasible production, inventory, capacity, and scenario plans; manage exceptions, constraints, master data, and supply risks; and lead S&OP/IBP reviews. Partner with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, finance, commercial, and IT teams, support product transitions and network changes, improve planning processes, act as an SAP planning subject matter expert, and coach junior planners.

Leads capital engineering and manufacturing improvement projects from concept through commissioning. Responsibilities include project justification, budgeting, risk analysis, vendor selection, equipment specifications, factory and site acceptance testing, plant layout, contractor management, handover, automation, continuous improvement, and OEE improvement. The role also coaches colleagues and collaborates cross-functionally to implement new manufacturing and packaging processes in a GMP-compliant plant environment.

Leads cross-functional execution of CPG product launches, renovations, transitions, and discontinuations from approval through commercialization. Maintains integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables; facilitates meetings; assigns ownership; tracks risks and mitigation actions; and escalates issues affecting launch readiness, inventory, costs, service levels, and timelines. Collaborates with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Quality, Sales, and Finance without direct authority.

Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for brand initiatives. Build financial models, business cases for product innovation, monitor marketing spend, improve forecast accuracy, and strengthen controls and reporting processes to support investment decisions and drive continuous improvement in Brand Finance.

Leads Canadian sales strategy, annual planning, commercialization, forecasting, and cross-functional execution. Develops channel and go-to-market strategies, customer-ready selling materials, volume assumptions, and business plans. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Category Management to identify growth opportunities, manage risks, optimize inventory, and improve commercial processes. Requires strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking, communication, data-driven problem solving, project management, and cross-functional leadership.
