Lead design and delivery of scalable, fault-tolerant microservices; take end-to-end ownership from design through production; drive architecture and technical decisions; reduce technical debt; troubleshoot production incidents; collaborate with product and QA; champion testing, CI/CD, security, and observability; use AI developer tools to accelerate development.

Lead modernization of large .NET applications into modular microservices. Design scalable APIs, embed observability and secure-by-default patterns, improve resilience and performance, mentor engineers, and coordinate cross-team solutions and incident response.
