Prioritize requests, meet SLAs, communicate resolutions, and collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions, and Development teams. Identify issue trends, document escalations, and recommend product and process improvements. The role requires B2B technical support experience, familiarity with APIs and banking connectivity, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of treasury, banking, or accounting concepts.
