Provide front-line corporate IT support via walk-ups, tickets, and chat; troubleshoot macOS/Windows, device and identity management, SaaS apps, networking and AV systems; manage onboarding/offboarding, asset inventory, documentation, deployments, office moves, and participate in on-call rotations.

Manage client support for Ripple Treasury by leading a team, improving service standards, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective processes and innovative solutions.

Build and maintain Ripple's multi-region, multi-provider platform infrastructure and release pipelines. Design scalable, secure platform features (compute, auth, service discovery, observability), automate lifecycle services, develop tooling for CI/CD and IaC, coach engineers, and lead DevOps/GitOps practices to improve reliability, resiliency, and developer experience.
