Build and maintain Ripple’s multi-region platform infrastructure, release pipelines, and lifecycle services. Develop platform features for compute, authentication, service discovery, observability, and redundancy. Create automation, monitoring, and instrumentation tooling; support secure, reliable deployments across cloud providers; contribute to CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and GitOps practices; and collaborate with product engineers while mentoring junior team members.

Provide Tier 1 support for treasury management software clients by troubleshooting payment formats, extracts, connectivity, and credentials. Prioritize requests, meet SLAs, communicate resolutions, and collaborate with Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions, and Development teams. Identify issue trends, document escalations, and recommend product and process improvements. The role requires B2B technical support experience, familiarity with APIs and banking connectivity, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of treasury, banking, or accounting concepts.

Own daily cash and digital asset treasury operations including payments, funding, reconciliations, account and exchange management, KYC/FBAR support, bank relationship management, TMS support (GTreasury/Trovata), and automation/Jira initiatives to ensure liquidity and compliance across global entities.

Manage daily office operations, employee experience, vendor and facilities relationships, and onsite event logistics. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, moves, onboarding setups, and serve as primary workplace contact to ensure a safe, welcoming, and high-service office environment.

Manage enterprise treasury customers to ensure adoption, retention, and value realization of Ripple Treasury solutions. Build executive relationships, co-create success plans, drive onboarding and expansion, automate lifecycle engagements, track health and outcomes, and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver measurable financial results.
