Build and maintain Ripple's multi-region, multi-provider platform infrastructure and release pipelines. Design scalable, secure platform features (compute, auth, service discovery, observability), automate lifecycle services, develop tooling for CI/CD and IaC, coach engineers, and lead DevOps/GitOps practices to improve reliability, resiliency, and developer experience.

Serve as Tier 1 client support for Ripple Treasury, troubleshooting payment formats, connectivity, and credentials. Manage client inquiries, meet SLAs, escalate with clear documentation, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and onboarding.
