Teams at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust

Provide administrative support to the Property Management team at the Durham Centre site including reception duties, scheduling, record and invoice management, PO processing, tenant onboarding, database updates, office supply and common-area maintenance, and event support.

Conduct internal audit engagements and control testing, assess risk and compliance (including NI 52-109), document findings, prepare audit reports, present recommendations, support ERM initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders and external auditors, and assist with special projects to improve processes and controls.

The Manager, Strategic Sourcing oversees revenue-generating opportunities for RioCan by negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and developing revenue strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
