Support AVP and corporate marketing team with onsite event coordination, promotional activities, charitable and DEI initiatives, budget and invoice administration, project scheduling, and post-event analysis.

Ensure accurate tenant billing and lease compliance for CAM, property taxes, and percentage rent. Perform audits, enter and maintain billing methodologies in the ERP, calculate reconciliations and refunds, update percentage rent schedules, resolve tenant inquiries, and support budgeting and ad hoc analyses.

Lead risk-based internal audit engagements across business functions, assess internal controls (including NI 52-109), perform fieldwork and testing, report findings, support ERM initiatives, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with external auditors to drive risk mitigation and process improvements.
