Leads the enterprise technology strategy and organization, overseeing infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, service delivery, vendors, technology risk, modernization, and AI enablement. The Vice President advises senior leadership, aligns technology investments with business objectives, improves reliability and user satisfaction, strengthens resilience and security, manages costs and partners, and develops a high-performing technology team.

Lead risk-based internal audit engagements across business functions, assess internal controls (including NI 52-109), perform fieldwork and testing, report findings, support ERM initiatives, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with external auditors to drive risk mitigation and process improvements.

Responsible for full-cycle accounting for real estate development projects, including financial statements, project setup, bank reconciliations, construction draws, sales closings, distributions, and project consolidations. Prepares joint venture reporting packages, cost-to-complete calculations, project budgets, reforecasts, and variance analyses. Collaborates with development, construction, business, and external stakeholders on accounting matters and project analysis.
