Build, test and maintain Argus models; produce portfolio statistical and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders; analyze leases and financial performance; generate reports from portfolio database; create presentations and support Asset Management, Leasing, Operations, Development, Construction, Acquisition and Finance teams; develop enhanced reporting and implement new analytics technology.

Lead development and execution of ancillary revenue strategy across a retail/mixed-use portfolio. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate non-traditional income opportunities (digital media, EV charging, telecom, pop-ups). Manage partner contracts, collaborate cross-functionally, track performance, and maintain a pipeline of prospects and industry trends to maximize portfolio value.

Provide administrative support to the Property Management team at the Durham Centre site including reception duties, scheduling, record and invoice management, PO processing, tenant onboarding, database updates, office supply and common-area maintenance, and event support.
