Designs electrical and controls systems for industrial automation projects, including schematics, panel layouts, wiring, power distribution, safety circuits, BOMs, and I/O documentation. Leads controls design activities, coordinates with PLC and robotics teams, supports quoting and project reviews, and provides panel fabrication, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting support. Ensures compliance with electrical standards, machine-safety requirements, and client specifications while mentoring designers and improving design processes.

Design control systems, electrical schematics, and hydraulic and pneumatic packages using AutoCAD or SolidWorks. Develop and verify safety systems, follow ANSI and IEC guidelines, manage project workflows and documentation, participate in technical reviews, maintain Jira updates, and support client relationships under team-lead direction.

Leads electrical, fluid power, PLC, HMI, robotics, motion control, and peripheral system design and programming. Commissions, tests, and debugs automation systems; manages project scope, client relationships, documentation, hardware purchasing, and Jira updates. Ensures compliance with standards, supports clients outside regular hours when needed, and contributes to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and team development.
