Hunt and win net-new public sector accounts by prospecting, building relationships with decision-makers, and positioning Ricoh solutions. Perform consultative selling, prepare presentations, negotiate contracts, manage pipelines, coordinate internal stakeholders, and navigate public procurement and funding cycles. Travel ~20%.

Conduct timely, impartial workplace investigations for low-to-moderate risk employee relations matters, document findings, apply policies and employment law, coach managers and employees, monitor case progress, and help drive consistent, fair resolutions across the US and Canada. Provide intake, counseling, and post-investigation follow-up.

Greet visitors, answer/screen incoming calls, manage visitor badges and meeting room schedules, maintain reception area, update internal phone directory, and perform general administrative support tasks.
