Greet visitors, operate the switchboard, direct calls, manage visitor badges and meeting room schedules, maintain reception area, update internal phone directory, and provide general administrative support.

Serves as first point of contact for workplace concerns; conducts timely, impartial investigations into low-to-moderate risk employee relations matters; documents findings; interprets policies; coaches managers/employees; monitors cases in a case management system; ensures post-investigation actions are completed and provides feedback to leadership. May perform related administrative tasks. Up to 10% overnight travel.

Sell Ricoh continuous-feed inkjet and workflow solutions to existing and new B2B accounts. Develop business cases, manage complex sales cycles, present to C-level, generate pipeline, create proposals/RFP responses, engage partners, and coordinate handoff to delivery teams while meeting revenue and profit targets.
