Deliver bilingual (French/English) advanced technical support for Ricoh solutions across direct and dealer channels. Lead incident resolution and escalations, troubleshoot complex integrations, software and system performance issues, produce support documentation, mentor junior staff, collaborate with delivery, engineering and vendor teams, and support continuous improvement and pre-sales activities while meeting SLAs.

Manage day-to-day office operations and staff, oversee production labor and quality, handle client contact, invoicing and pricing issues, train and coach employees, manage P&L, ensure staffing and audit/deadline compliance, and improve operational procedures to meet profitability and retention goals.

Sell Ricoh continuous-feed inkjet and workflow solutions to existing and new B2B accounts. Build pipeline, manage territory and long sales cycles, create proposals/RFP responses, present to C-level executives, coordinate partners and handoffs to delivery teams, and meet revenue and profit targets.
