Deliver bilingual (French/English) advanced technical support for Ricoh solutions across direct and dealer channels. Serve as technical lead and subject-matter expert for post-sales implementation of web storefronts and document workflow solutions. Drive successful deployments, guide discovery and project teams, develop SOWs, support pre-sales, identify expansion opportunities, achieve services revenue/profit targets, and ensure customer satisfaction and adoption.

Conduct timely, impartial workplace investigations for low- to moderate-risk employee relations matters across Canada and the U.S.; document findings; interpret policies; facilitate resolutions; provide coaching, counseling, and post-investigation follow-up; act as first point of contact for employee concerns and monitor case progress.
