Coordinates web and mobile app testing, regression testing, UAT, bug reporting, documentation, and small digital projects from discovery through launch. Maintains Confluence knowledge content, user guides, release materials, and troubleshooting documentation. Collaborates with HQ, developers, business stakeholders, and Canadian teams to track timelines, risks, approvals, issue resolution, communications, and post-launch stabilization. Supports digital platform quality, usability, adoption, and continuous improvement.

Develop and execute sales strategies to establish Talley LLC’s wireless business in Canada. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, generating revenue, managing accounts, negotiating vendor pricing, analyzing sales and order pipelines, monitoring market trends, reviewing customer credit, and building national and key-account relationships.

Serves as the first point of contact by answering and routing calls, assisting callers, greeting visitors, providing professional customer service, distributing mail and correspondence, and overseeing the guest sign-in system. Requires strong communication, organization, time management, attention to detail, teamwork, and proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
