Manages daily pricing operations, including price setting, margin analysis, pricing data accuracy, contract compliance, and pricing system maintenance. Leads pricing analysis and process improvement efforts, develops pricing models and reports, and supports competitive and profitable pricing decisions. Collaborates with sales, finance, marketing, procurement, and operations while supervising and developing the pricing team. Ensures policy compliance, audit readiness, and effective implementation of pricing strategies that improve margins.

Coordinates web and mobile app testing, regression and release validation, bug reporting, UAT, documentation, training content, and small digital projects from discovery through post-launch. Maintains Confluence knowledge bases, communicates with HQ and Canadian business teams, tracks timelines and dependencies, supports approvals and sign-off, and helps improve digital platform quality, usability, and adoption.

Develops and executes regional wireless sales strategies across Canada. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, building national and key accounts, generating revenue, managing customer relationships, analyzing sales and order pipelines, negotiating vendor pricing, monitoring market trends, reviewing customer credit, and maintaining business plans, pricing, inventory, and account information. The role requires field sales expertise, wireless industry knowledge, strong communication, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
