Develop customer relationships and grow sales for industrial controls, sensors, safety, connectivity and related electrical solutions. Deliver technical presentations, provide ongoing customer support, collaborate with internal teams, and create yearly business plans. Participate in training and mentorship to progress to a senior sales role.

Support recurring tax compliance and reporting across monthly, quarterly, and year-end cycles: prepare schedules and workpapers, collect source documentation, complete filings, reconcile to accounting records, assist journal entries, and support audits while liaising with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Drive sales growth through prospecting and onboarding new accounts, maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, conducting regular account visits, building opportunity pipeline, documenting all activities in CRM, and coordinating with project, branch, and operations teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Support and implement pricing and gross margin improvement initiatives. Build BI dashboards and analyses, perform competitive pricing and segmentation, drive standardized pricing practices, and collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and adjust pricing programs to meet margin targets.

Drive new account acquisition and grow existing customer sales in a defined territory through regular account visits, pipeline development, CRM documentation, collaboration with branch/project teams, and attending sales meetings.
