Lead visual merchandising efforts to maintain Nike brand standards on the salesfloor. Execute floor sets, mannequin changes, displays, and audits; train team on VM fundamentals; manage VM equipment and collaborate with BOH to complete load-ins. Maintain displays, merchandise organization, and translate sales/category insights into in-store merchandising strategies.

Lead BOH visual merchandising efforts to maintain Nike store standards, execute floor sets and mannequin changes, manage VM equipment and audits, train store teams on VM fundamentals, support timely load-ins, and upkeep displays and merchandise to deliver a premium customer experience.

Provide premium customer service by assisting customers with product needs, managing shipments and stock, performing box counts, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining store and cash wrap standards. Support team operations and work required shifts including weekends and blackout periods.
