Teams at Retailors

Leads back-of-house retail operations, including receiving, shipment processing, transfers, replenishment, inventory counts, and stockroom organization. Ensures inventory accuracy, safety, operational compliance, and timely product availability for the sales floor. Coaches team members, delegates daily tasks, supports loss prevention, and assists with product launches and seasonal transitions. Requires strong organization, communication, physical merchandise-handling ability, and open availability.

Coordinates semi-monthly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including timesheet review, payroll changes, adjustments, reconciliations, records maintenance, employee inquiries, compliance filings, year-end activities, and audit support. Partners with HR, Finance, and store teams to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and improve procedures and controls.

Provide onsite and remote IT support for head office employees and retail stores. Support POS, ERP, Windows, hardware, printers, networking, databases, Active Directory, and mobile device management. Troubleshoot technical issues, assist with new store setups and openings, and provide after-hours, weekend, holiday, and on-call support. Regular travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area is required.
