Teams at Retailors

Provide onsite and remote IT support for head office employees and retail stores. Support POS, ERP, Windows, hardware, printers, networking, databases, Active Directory, and mobile device management. Troubleshoot technical issues, assist with new store setups and openings, and provide after-hours, weekend, holiday, and on-call support. Regular travel throughout the Greater Toronto Area is required.

Provides premium customer service and product expertise in a Nike retail store. Responsibilities include assisting customers, monitoring shipments, validating deliveries, maintaining organized stock areas, replenishing sales-floor merchandise, supporting product placement, and stocking cash-wrap supplies. Requires basic math, English communication, teamwork, physical mobility, multitasking, and availability for at least 20 hours weekly, including weekends, closing shifts, and peak blackout periods.
